Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. If it’s been more than 5 business days and you haven’t heard from us, feel free to reach out below. We’ve got you.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best! Email us ASAP at dayle@nothishoodie.com with your order number and change request. Once it’s been shipped, we sadly can’t make any changes — but we’ll work with you on next steps if needed.
We get it — sometimes things don’t feel quite right. We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed hoodies with tags still attached. Visit our [Returns Page] or email us and we’ll talk it through.
All of our hoodies are designed to be oversized + comfy, but check our [Size Guide] for a better fit. Still unsure? Email us what size you normally wear and we’ll help you out.
Absolutely — and we highly recommend it. Just mark your order as a gift at checkout and leave a personal message. We’ll make sure it’s packed with love, healing, and no receipts inside the box.
It happens. Email us right away with your correct address and order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can fix it. If it’s already on its way… we’ll help you sort it.
Yes, we ship worldwide 🌎 Just note that international shipping costs a little extra and delivery times may vary depending on your location. You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout — and yes, it’s worth it. The hug travels.
