Waiting sucks. So here’s what you need to know:
🇦🇺 Australia (Domestic Orders)
- Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate
- Delivery Time: 7 days - business days depending on location
- We use trusted, trackable couriers — you’ll get a tracking link the moment your order leaves us.
🕒 Processing Time
We aim to pack and ship your order within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (like product drops or restocks), please allow a little extra time — we’re a small team but we move fast.
🚨 Wrong Address?
Accidentally entered the wrong shipping info? Email us immediately at dayle@nothishoodie.com with your order number and correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it. If it’s already on the way, we’ll do our best to help — but Not His Hoodie is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Gifting
💌 Gifting? We never include prices or invoices in the box. You can add a gift message at checkout, and we’ll make sure it’s packed with extra care.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We get it. Sometimes things don’t fit, feel right, or vibe the way you hoped. No hard feelings — here’s how it works.
Return Eligibility:
You can return or exchange your hoodie within 14 days of receiving it, as long as:
- It’s unworn and unwashed
- Tags are still attachedIt’s in original condition (no perfume, makeup, or mystery stains)
We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet these conditions — we hope you understand.
Refunds:
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. (We’ll send you a heads-up when it’s done.)
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, your refund will be minus a flat $10 shipping fee.
Exchanges:
Need a different size or colour? No problem. Send us an email with your order number and what you’d like to exchange it for. You’ll just need to cover return shipping.
🌍 International Orders:
We accept international returns, too — just note you’ll be responsible for return postage both ways. (We recommend using a tracked service.)
🚨 Faulty Items: Oh no — if something’s damaged or not what you ordered, email us ASAP with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right, promise. ________________________________________
